NASA Langley | Hampton, VA - Centennial Celebration

Project Summary
This collaborative project involved creating a ten-minute multimedia video celebrating the storied history and accomplishments of NASA's Langley Research Center. The video, produced with Adobe After Effects and Premiere, utilized archived NASA footage and photos to create a visually compelling narrative.

My Role:
I served as the lead multimedia video producer, working alongside choreographer Amy Van Kirk (Radford University) and music composer David Roth. I developed a video that complemented a live dance performance at the Ferguson Center for the Arts in Newport News, VA. The performance told the story of NASA Langley's past, present, and future through dance and synchronized multimedia elements.

Collaboration & Success
Ensuring historical accuracy was paramount. We worked closely with the NASA Langley Communications team to verify the imagery and animations displayed in the video. The project spanned six months, culminating in a successful live performance. I had the privilege of attending the celebration as a VIP guest, interacting with astronauts, and witnessing the impact of the multimedia video on stage.

Overall, this project was a rewarding experience that allowed me to showcase my creative and technical abilities while contributing to a celebration of NASA Langley's rich history and ongoing advancements.
